Les Georgettes were born from the alliance of Maison Altesse,
leading French manufacturer of jewelry and Breton leather goods Texier.

Since the 1900s, Marius Legros, a talented young craftsman, has been building his own jewelry business in the Marais district of Paris. In 1912, he joined his family in Ardèche and opened his own jewelry factory. In 1917, his brother Georges opened the Bijoux GL workshops. Over the course of a century, the Legros brothers' two companies grew, becoming French leaders in gold-plated jewelry, eventually merging to create Maison Altesse.

Born from a bright and colorful idea, the Les Georgettes brand was born in 2015. Since its launch, the brand has showcased the best of each of the Maisons Altesse & Texier's expertise for resolutely bold creations. Les Georgettes jewelry is designed in our workshops in France .
